Is there a easy way for me to learn a push-up?
This is pretty emabarassing. I am eleven and I cannot manage to do a push-up. Is there a way for me to learn?
Practice.
And build up the strength in your arms and chest. Weights or resistance training will help, but anything that uses your arms is good.

You don’t know how to do a push up or your just can’t do one because your not strong enough or whatever the case may be?
If you don’t know how to do one then all you do it get on your knees, put your hands on the ground about shoulder length apart then put your legs out and make sure your back and legs are straight like a board. Then you bend your arms and lower yourself down until your nose touches the ground and lift yourself back up.
Otherwise if you can’t do one you can start by doing easy pushups which would be pushups on your knees, just get on your knees put your hands out same length so your back is straight and bend your arms and do the rest the same also. Then do that and work yourself up to a normal push up

Start trying them while on your knees instead of feet. Do sets of 10 a few times a day… Also, do some crunches daily… once your arms and core get stronger and those are easy for you, move further back to being on your toes. You probably just haven’t developed much upper body strength yet. Practice and toning and you’ll be there before you know it! Good luck!

Build up to a pushup, if you weight 400lbs I wouldnt be able to pushup that either.
Do chest press with as much weight as you can, this will build up the same muscles involved in a pushup.

Lay face down on the floor and push yourself up. It’s that easy.
