Sorry to disappoint you son but it’s impossible to download ALL of those ROMS as they haven’t been ripped.
You’d have to do it yourself.

You need to get a GBC emulator. It’s basically a very small program that emulates the system on your PC. There are several different kinds so you’ll just have to google them and get the one that suits you best.
You can grab roms over at "www.romnation.net".
You can also get some emulators at the same website.

Not all games exist as ROMs. Usually it’s only the best games that become ROMs. If you want them, download an appropriate Emulator, then break the law by illegally downloading the ROMs.
